Administrative manager
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Management of Human Resources, Logistics, Accounting, Fixed Assets and Finance; and provide administrative support that the company requires.
Specific functions:
- Participate in the General Planning of the Company, and arrange development actions, in accordance with the goals and objectives of Senior Management.

- Propose policies, standards and directives for administrative and commercial activities, verifying their application and keeping them updated according to the business environment.
- Develop the actions related to the patrimonial control and sanitation of the movable and immovable property of the Company.
- Lead and supervise the process of programming, capturing and controlling the financial resources of the Company, in order to meet the cash requirements for the operation and investment.
- Arrange for the interpretation of the legal devices that are related to your Management and ensure their application, keeping them updated in accordance with the business environment.
- Provide timely information to the General Management, regarding the administration of Human Resources, materials and services to ensure adequate decision making.
